bebe stores, inc. Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 10, 2020--bebe stores, inc. (OTCQB:BEBE) (the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share of the Company's common stock payable September 10, 2020, to shareholders of record as of August 26, 2020. Despite the disruption in the distribution channels to licensees of the Company's joint ventures caused by Covid-19, the dividend was sustained at the prior quarter's amount of $0.06 per share. We are seeing encouraging signs relative to the resilience that our base of JV licensees has demonstrated during the Covid-19 epidemic and remain committed in principal to paying shareholders substantially all the Company's free cash flow via dividends.
