BERWYN, Pa., Nov. 6, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of AMETEK, Inc. (NYSE: AME) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2020.

This fourth quarter dividend is payable December 24, 2020 to shareholders of record as of December 7, 2020.
