SpartanNash Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 24, 2020--SpartanNash Company (Nasdaq: SPTN) ("SpartanNash" or the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.1925 per common share. The dividend will be paid on September 30, 2020 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 11, 2020. As of August 19, 2020, there were 35,822,849 common shares outstanding.
