The company's earnings totaled NT$6.94 billion, or NT$1.60 per share. This compares with NT$2.69 billion, or NT$0.62 per share, in last year's second quarter.

The company's revenue for the quarter rose 18.5% to NT$107.55 billion from NT$90.74 billion last year.
