HOUSTON, Nov. 02, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Archrock, Inc. (NYSE: AROC) (Archrock) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.145 per share of common stock, or $0.58 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend will be paid on November 18, 2020 to all stockholders of record on November 12, 2020.

The third quarter 2020 dividend to be paid in November 2020 is unchanged from the second quarter 2020 and the third quarter 2019 amount.
