SANTA FE, NM / ACCESSWIRE / January 8, 2021 / Sigma Labs, Inc. (NASDAQ:SGLB) ("Sigma Labs" or the "Company"), a leading developer of quality assurance software for the commercial metal 3D printing industry, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 1,488,507 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $3.00 per share. The Company has granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 223,276 shares of common stock. The offering is expected to close on or about January 12, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
