GRAND FORKS, N.D.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 17, 2020--Alerus Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: ALRS) announced that its board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share. The dividend is payable on January 8, 2021, to shareholders of record as of close of business on December 18, 2020.
