Repay Holdings Upsizes Common Stock Offering From 10M Shares To 13M Shares Priced At $24/Share

Repay Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ:RPAY) ("REPAY" or the "Company") today announced the upsize and pricing of a previously announced registered underwritten public offering. The size of the offering has been increased from the previously announced 10,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock to 13,000,000 shares at a fixed price to the public of $24.00. Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is acting as the sole underwriter. The Company has granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,364,816 additional shares of Class A common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
