Relay Therapeutics Prices 20M Share IPO @$20/Share

Relay Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:RLAY) announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 20,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $20.00 per share. All of the shares are being offered by Relay Therapeutics. The gross proceeds of the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by Relay Therapeutics, are expected to be $400.0 million. In addition, the underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to 3,000,000 additional shares of common stock at the initial public offering price less underwriting discounts and commissions. The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market on July 16, 2020 under the symbol "RLAY." The offering is expected to close on July 20, 2020, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Cowen, and Guggenheim Securities are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
