The company announced the pricing of its private offering of $200 million aggregate principal amount of 1.250% Convertible Senior Notes due 2025 to be sold to qualified institutional buyers in reliance on Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.

Perficient has granted the initial purchasers of the Notes an option to purchase up to an additional $30 million aggregate principal amount of Notes. The offering is expected to close on August 14, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
