Primoris Services Corporation Announces Heavy Civil Awards Valued Over $76M

DALLAS, Sept. 02, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Primoris Services Corporation (NASDAQ Global Select: PRIM) ("Primoris" or "Company") today announced two new heavy civil awards with a combined value over $76 million. The contracts were secured by the Civil segment.

* The projects were awarded by the Texas Department of Transportation.

* The first project consists of the expansion of an existing four-lane limited access highway to a six-lane limited highway. Scope of work includes the addition of one travel lane in each direction, widening bridge structures at seven locations, and reconstruction of the existing median.

* The second project consists of the expansion of an existing two-lane county roadway to a four-lane county roadway. Scope of work includes the reconstruction of the existing roadway, the addition of one travel lane in each direction and the addition of storm water drainage facilities.

* Work on the projects is scheduled to commence in the third quarter of 2020, and completion is expected in the third quarter of 2023.
