Primoris Services Wins 3-Year $36M Utility Award

Primoris Services Corporation (NASDAQ Global Select: PRIM) ("Primoris" or "Company") today announced a three-year utility award valued at approximately $36 million. The contracts were secured by the Utilities & Distribution segment.

* The award is for maintenance work on a high-pressure gas pipeline system for a major utility customer in Northern California.

* Work is scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2021, and completion is expected in the fourth quarter of 2023.
