AGS Reports Deal To Provide Online Real-Money Game Content In US To BetMGM For Direct Platform Integration, Distribution, No Terms Disclosed

AGS (NYSE:AGS) (or "the Company") today announced an agreement to provide its online real-money game content in the United States to BetMGM for direct platform integration and distribution across BetMGM's market-leading casino gaming network, including BetMGM Casino, Borgata Online, and partypoker.
