PACCAR Financial Corp. Transferring the Listing of Debt Securities to Nasdaq

BELLEVUE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 10, 2020--PACCAR Financial Corp. (PFC) will be delisting its 1.650% Senior Notes due August 11, 2021 from the New York Stock Exchange and listing its 1.650% Senior Notes due August 11, 2021 on the Nasdaq Bond Exchange effective December 21, 2020 after market close. The 1.650% Senior Notes due August 11, 2021 are expected to begin trading as Nasdaq-listed securities on December 22, 2020. The respective trading symbols and CUSIP numbers are as follows:
