Nam Tai Property, on Monday, announced the resignation of Ying Chi Kwok as the Director of Board and Chief Executive Officer of the company due to personal reasons and not as a result of any disagreement with the company's policies or practices. Upon the resignation, Kwok ceases to be the Chairman of the Board of Directors, the company said. The resignation becomes effective immediately.
