NETSTREIT Corp. Declares Third Quarter 2020 Dividend

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 18, 2020--NETSTREIT Corp. (the "Company") (NYSE: NTST), announced today that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a common stock cash dividend of $0.10 per share for the third quarter of 2020. The dividend will be payable on September 25, 2020 to shareholders of record as of September 15, 2020.

The third quarter dividend amount is prorated to reflect the period of time from the Company's initial public offering on August 13, 2020 to quarter end, and represents an annualized dividend rate of $0.80 per share.
