ENDRA Life Sciences Says Delivered Written Notice To Ascendiant To Terminate ATM Agreement

As previously disclosed, on September 25, 2020, ENDRA Life Sciences Inc. (the "Company") entered into an At-The-Market Issuance Sales (the "ATM Agreement") with Ascendiant Capital Markets, LLC ("Ascendiant") with respect to an "at-the-market" equity offering under which the Company could offer and sell, from time to time at the Company's discretion, shares of its common stock having an aggregate offering price of up to $6.8 million, through Ascendiant as its sales agent.



On December 15, 2020, the Company delivered written notice to Ascendiant to terminate the ATM Agreement, effective immediately.
