Nurix Therapeutics Prices 11M Share IPO @$19/Share

Nurix Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:NRIX), a company developing targeted protein modulation drugs, todayannounced the pricing of its initial public offering of 11,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $19.00 per share. All of the shares are being offered by Nurix. The shares are expected to begin trading on The Nasdaq Global Market on July 24, 2020 under the symbol "NRIX." The gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by Nurix, are expected to be $209 million. In addition, Nurix has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,650,000 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The offering is expected to close on July 28, 2020, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

J.P. Morgan, Piper Sandler and Stifel are acting as joint bookrunning managers for the proposed offering. Needham & Company is acting as lead manager.
