Pure Cycle Corporation Appoints Two Industry Leaders, Chris Fink and Kelly Haecker, to its Board of Directors
Pure Cycle Corporation announced the appointment of Chris Fink and Kelly Haecker as independent directors to its Board of Directors, effective August 24, 2026. Fink brings four decades of municipal finance experience from Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley, while Haecker brings public company CFO experience from WhiteWave Foods and currently serves as a partner at Capitol Peak Partners. The appointments return the Board to eight directors, seven of whom are independent.
