Navitas To Acquire Claros, Advancing AI Infrastructure with VPD & IVR Technology for Grid-to-xPU
Navitas Semiconductor announced a definitive agreement to acquire Claros, Inc., a power management solutions company, for approximately $232.8 million. The acquisition aims to complete Navitas' grid-to-xPU power delivery portfolio by combining Claros' vertical power delivery (VPD) and integrated voltage regulator (IVR) technologies with Navitas' GaN and SiC semiconductors. The deal is expected to more than double Navitas' 2030 serviceable addressable market to over $8 billion and accelerate its AI infrastructure strategy.
