Incannex Announces First Patient Dosed in DReAMzz Phase 2 Study of IHL-42X
Incannex Healthcare announced first patient dosing in the DReAMzz Phase 2 dose-optimization study of IHL-42X, its oral fixed-dose combination candidate for treating obstructive sleep apnea. The milestone follows positive Phase 2 RePOSA results showing AHI reductions up to 83% and FDA Fast Track designation. The DReAMzz study aims to optimize dose selection and strengthen the clinical foundation for planned Phase 3 development.
