Progress on share buyback programme
ING announced that 1,755,612 shares were repurchased during the week of 17-21 August 2026 at an average price of €30.24, totaling €53.1 million. To date, ING has repurchased 22,495,805 shares at an average price of €27.45 for €617.4 million, completing approximately 61.74% of the €1.0 billion buyback programme announced on 30 April 2026.
