Construction Partners Expands Asphalt Operations With Oklahoma Deal
Construction Partners, Inc. (ROAD) acquired Asphalt Express Enterprises, a liquid asphalt supply and hauling business in Ardmore, OK. Through its subsidiary Overland Corporation, ROAD gained a rail-served industrial site, trucks, and trailers. The company plans to develop the location into a liquid asphalt terminal to improve sourcing and transportation across Oklahoma and North Texas. However, ROAD shares declined 3.5% following the announcement.
