Equinor ASA: Change in the board of directors
Finn Bjørn Ruyter is stepping down from Equinor's Board of Directors effective September 1, 2026, to focus on his role as CEO of Hafslund and other board commitments. Equinor also announced a Q1 2026 cash dividend of NOK 3.6882 per share and continued its 2026 share buy-back programme.
