Founder Group Announces Investment in Nichcom Go Sdn. Bhd., Operator of SpacePlus EV Charging Network, to Expand Market Leadership in EV Industry
Founder Group Limited (Nasdaq: FGL), a Malaysia-based solar EPCC solutions provider, has completed the acquisition of a 19.90% equity interest in Nichcom Go Sdn. Bhd., operator of the SpacePlus EV charging network. The investment capitalizes on Malaysia's rapidly growing EV charging market, projected to reach US$539.4 million by 2030. Founder Group plans to leverage its solar and battery energy storage capabilities to power SpacePlus charging stations sustainably, while Nichcom Go aims to deploy 1,000 EV charging stations across Malaysia by 2028.
