Embassy to Invest ₹2,000 Crore in North Bengaluru: Check Details of 85-Acre Residential Project With 1,072 Homes

Further development is being seen in North Bengaluru in terms of residential projects due to the presence of the airport connection and established locality along with good infrastructure. Embassy Developments  has announced to invest ₹2,000 crores in its first phase of the Embassy Origins project, an 85-acre residential development with a combined GDV of around ₹4,500 crore.
Embassy Origins: ₹2,000 Crore North Bengaluru Residential Project 
Embassy Origins covers around 85 acres and was acquired by Embassy Developments through the Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board (KIADB) allotment process in 2023 under a lease-cum-sale agreement. Construction has started, with the first phase expected to be completed in around five years. The first phase comprises: 

Embassy Riverine: 217 villas across around 1.1 million sq ft, offering 4, 4.5 and 5 BHK villas.
Embassy South Reserve: 855 apartments across around 1.5 million sq ft, offering studio to 3.5 BHK apartments.

Together, the projects have more than 2.6 million sq ft of saleable area and a combined GDV of around ₹4,500 crore. Embassy Origins is planned around the developer's “Natural Intelligence” concept, which incorporates the site's existing trees, water systems and natural contours into the masterplan. The development includes around 4,000 trees across 100–120 species and a central riparian corridor. 
Embassy South Reserve: Embassy South Reserve comprises 855 apartments across around 1.5 million sq ft of saleable area, with studio to 3.5 BHK configurations. Located on NH44/Bellary Road near Tharahunise, the project has nine residential towers arranged towards the lake. The development includes a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness centre, sports facilities and children's areas. 
Embassy Riverine: Embassy Riverine comprises 217 villas across around 1.1 million sq ft of saleable area. The project offers 4, 4.5 and 5 BHK villas and forms the villa component of Phase I of Embassy Origins.

Kempegowda International Airport: Around 20 minutes away, offering quick access to Bengaluru’s airport.
Yelahanka: About 5 km away, having a well-developed residential and social infrastructure.
