(Nasdaq: ATII) (“Archimedes II” or “ATII”), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, today announced that at the Extraordinary General Meeting (the “Meeting”) held today, October 16, 2026, ATII’s shareholders voted to approve the previously announced business combination (the “Business Combination”) between ATII and Forge Nano, Inc. (“Forge Nano”), as well as all other proposals related to the Business Combination considered and voted upon at the Meeting.
