Fair Value REIT-AG verlängert Mietvertrag mit comdirect in Quickborn
Fair Value REIT-AG has extended its lease agreement with Commerzbank AG (comdirect brand) for office buildings in Quickborn, Hamburg until end of 2033. The fully leased property comprises approximately 10,500 m² of rental space. Green-lease agreements were also established, committing the owner to sustainable investments in the properties.
