The digital-first BPC company, TechD Cybersecurity, has marked a major strategic leap by securing a record Rs. 13.08 crore order from a top-tier BFSI client. This three-year engagement for an AIOps platform signals a strong pivot towards AI-native product-led growth. Coming alongside impressive FY26 results showing 73.88% revenue growth and a 98% renewal rate, the deal provides robust revenue visibility. It underscores the company's growing dominance in India's cybersecurity market and its successful transition into a high-margin platform provider.
Shares of TechD Cybersecurity Ltd are trading at Rs. 561.00, up 5.46 percent on Monday. The stock touched the intraday high of Rs. 579.25 after opening at Rs. 559.95 before slipping to a low of Rs. 599.90. The company commands a market capitalization of Rs. 419.61 crore.

Record-Breaking Cyber Deal
TechD Cybersecurity Limited has just achieved a major success. On October 4th the company announced that it has obtained a purchase order valued at Rs. 13.08 crore (including GST) from a domestic system integrator, who is providing services to an end customer in the banking and financial services industry. This is not just another contract; it is the biggest single order in the company's history.
The three-year Enterprise License Agreement includes licenses for an APM, an ASM, and an AIOps platform, together with implementation and managed services. This achievement follows closely upon the company's outstanding performance in FY26, when revenue increased by 73.88% to reach Rs. 51.80 crore and PAT rose by 67.61%, all while keeping its impressive 98% renewal rate.
The Impact: More Than Just a Number
For TechD, this 13 crore order is a strategic validation of its pivot from being a traditional managed security service provider to an AI-native platform company. This three-year order which includes recurring support and managed services fits in well with its focus on building a high-margin recurring revenue base, and augurs well for its revenue visibility, with an order book that crossed over Rs. 50 crore as of March 2026.
What is more is that this order underlines its go-to-market strategy of using channel partners to access a highly regulated BFSI end-customer, which shows that it can navigate through complex enterprise sales cycles. Further, on the financial front, this contract should help improve its operating leverage. With a 24.24% jump in EBITDA in H2FY26 already in its pocket, the scalable nature of its AI-driven delivery model means that this high-value project would not add significantly to its headcount. If it can replicate this sales success, it could use it as a case study for cross-selling its "TECHD ONE" platform modules to its existing client base of over 700 clients.
Financial Performance
Looking at the annual results of TechD Cybersecurity Limited, the company’s consolidated revenue from operations increased by 73.88 percent YOY, from Rs. 29.80 crore in FY25 to Rs. 51.81 crore in FY26. The company generates 100 percent of its revenue from its single reportable segment, Information Technology and Cybersecurity Services.
In FY26, TechD Cybersecurity Limited's consolidated net profit increased by 67.61 percent YOY, reaching Rs. 14.04 crore compared to Rs. 8.38 crore during the same period last year. The basic earnings per share increased by 31.26 percent and stood at Rs. 21.54 as against Rs. 16.41 recorded in the previous financial year, FY2025.
Riding the Structural Wave
This achievement highlights the fact that India's digital economy is undergoing wider acceleration. Cybersecurity is no longer merely an optional IT cost; it has now become an issue that concerns the board of directors. The Indian cybersecurity market is anticipated to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 18.33% and is expected to amount to nearly $12.90 billion by 2030, which shows that there are strong supportive factors.
The combined result of stronger regulatory pressure from the RBI and SEBI and the growing sophistication of cyber threats is leading financial institutions and government organisations to substantially increase their security budgets. Because of its strategic focus on AI platforms and its entry into the UAE and GIFT City, TechD is in a good position to take advantage of this period of high growth and high demand.
