Terra Clean Energy Announces Upsize of Previously Announced Brokered Private Placement to $2.5 Million Led by Centurion One Capital
Terra Clean Energy Corp. (“Terra Clean Energy” or the “Company”) (CSE: TCEC) (OTCQB: TCEFF) (FSE: C9O0) is pleased to announce that, due to strong investor demand, it has upsized its brokered private placement led by Centurion One Capital Corp. (the “Lead Agent”) as lead agent and sole bookrunner, as previously announced in its press release dated September 8, 2026. Under the amended terms, the Company will raise up to $2,500,000 (the “Offering”) through the sale of up to 17,857,142 units (“Units”) at an issue price of $0.14 per Unit on a commercially reasonable efforts basis.
