Equinor ASA purchased 721,000 own shares between August 17-21, 2026, at an average price of NOK 394.76 per share as part of its third tranche 2026 buy-back programme. The company has now accumulated 2,928,004 shares repurchased under this tranche, representing 0.73% of share capital including shares under the employee share savings programme.
