Private Placement of US$10 Million into GMG
Graphene Manufacturing Group Ltd. (TSXV: GMG) (OTCQX: GMGMF) ("GMG" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a subscription agreement (the "Agreement") with a private investor (the "Subscriber"), pursuant to which the Subscriber has agreed to subscribe for 6,465,336 ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") of the Company at a price of CA$2.15 per Ordinary Share for total gross proceeds to the Company of approximately US$10,000,000 (the "Private Placement"), subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange").
