Weatherford and NCS Multistage Announce Anticipated Election Deadline and Closing Date
Weatherford International plc and NCS Multistage Holdings, Inc. announced that NCS Multistage stockholders have until August 31, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. ET to elect their form of merger consideration. Stockholders can choose between 0.554 Weatherford shares or a combination of 0.239 Weatherford shares plus cash equivalent to 0.137 shares. The transaction has been approved by both boards and is expected to close on or about September 1, 2026.
