EXERCISE OF MAKE-WHOLE REDEMPTION OPTION
Valeo SE has announced the exercise of its make-whole redemption option for €750 million of 5.375% Sustainability Linked Bonds due 28 May 2027. The redemption will occur on 24 August 2026, with the make-whole redemption amount to be calculated and published around 18 August 2026. All redeemed notes will be cancelled and delisted from Euronext.
