Assemblin acquires Lillpite Rör and strengthens its heating and sanitation offering in Northern Sweden

Assemblin has entered into an agreement to acquire the shares in Lillpite Rör AB. The Piteå-based heating and sanitation company has 12 employees and annual revenue of approximately SEK 27 million.
Founded in 2003 and based in Öjebyn, Piteå, in Northern Sweden, Lillpite Rör provides heating and sanitation installation and maintenance services to construction companies, property-sector customers and private individuals.
