Edible Garden Appoints Tetra Pak Veteran Ernesto Insignares as Senior Project Manager to Support Prairie Hills RTD Facility
Edible Garden AG has appointed Ernesto Insignares, a Tetra Pak veteran with extensive capital project management experience, as Senior Project Manager to lead the development of its Prairie Hills ready-to-drink beverage manufacturing facility in Webster City, Iowa. The 400,000-square-foot facility is expected to produce over 100 million beverage units annually at full capacity, supporting the company's Farm-to-Formula® strategy in shelf-stable nutrition products.
