GE HealthCare Agrees to Buy SOFIE Biosciences for $945 Million
GE HealthCare has agreed to acquire SOFIE Biosciences, a U.S. contract manufacturer of positron emission tomography (PET) radiopharmaceuticals, from Trilantic North America for $945 million in cash, GE HealthCare announced on October 5, 2026.
