Beyond Air Enters Definitive Agreement to Sell Its NeuroNOS Stake to UNIVO Pharmaceutical Industries in Exchange for Equity and Milestone Payments
Beyond Air has agreed to sell its 58% stake in NeuroNOS to UNIVO Pharmaceutical Industries in exchange for 19.99% equity stake in UNIVO and up to $32.5 million in development and commercial milestone payments. The transaction allows Beyond Air to focus on its core LungFit business while NeuroNOS gains dedicated resources to advance its neurological disorder and brain cancer treatment pipeline.
