(CSE: VRTX) (OTC: VTECF) (FSE: AA3) (“ Vortex ” or the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an asset purchase agreement (the “ Asset Purchase Agreement ”) with Global Strategic Minerals Corp.
