ANI Integrated Services Limited’s Board of Directors has approved and recommended the issue of Bonus Equity Shares in a 1:1 ratio. This means eligible shareholders will receive one new fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 10 each for every one existing fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 10 each held by them. 
The company has fixed Friday, October 9, 2026, as the Record Date to determine which shareholders are eligible for the bonus shares. Shareholders holding the company’s shares on the record date will be considered for the bonus issue.
Under the proposed issue, the company will allot 1,16,87,200 bonus equity shares. The deemed date of allotment is Monday, October 12, 2026. The new bonus shares are expected to become available for trading from Tuesday, October 13, 2026, the next working day after allotment.
For example, if a shareholder owns 10,000 shares of ANI Integrated Services Limited, they will receive 10,000 bonus shares under the 1:1 bonus issue, bringing their total holding to 20,000 shares after the bonus issue.
