PEDEVCO CEO Douglas Schick Steps Down
(RTTNews) - PEDEVCO Corporation (PED), an oil and gas company, said on Monday that J. Douglas Schick has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer. Subsequently, the company has appointed its Chief Operating Officer Reagan Tuck Dukes as interim CEO.
