OKXICE Files to Launch Tokenized Securities Venue
OKXICE, the joint venture between OKX and Intercontinental Exchange has notified the SEC of its intent to launch a Tokenized Securities Venue for 24/7 trading of U.S. stocks onchain.
The proposed venue would bring over 60 U.S.-listed stocks (including NVIDIA, Space X, Apple and Palantir) onto a 24/7 onchain market, with instant settlement and self-custody built into the model, as major exchanges including NYSE, Nasdaq and LSE also prepare for around-the-clock trading.

Andrew Cuomo, Co-Chair of OKXICE, said, “we are announcing a major step forward for OKXICE, the joint venture between OKX and Intercontinental Exchange, parent company of the New York Stock Exchange. OKXICE has notified the SEC that we intend to launch our Tokenized Securities Venue (TSV) under the SEC’s new Innovation Exemption. Our notice includes more than 60 companies listed on U.S. stock exchanges. This is a landmark step toward a truly global, 24/7 Wall Street — and toward keeping the future of digital finance anchored here in the United States. The digital asset revolution is already transforming our financial system. Tokenized securities are part of what comes next. And we’re just getting started.”
Intercontinental Exchange acquired a stake in OKX in March, with the joint venture combining OKX’s blockchain capabilities with ICE’s market infrastructure expertise.
