Molbio Diagnostics, Pine Labs and 4 Other Stocks in Focus After ₹2,700 Cr Worth of Stakes Exchanged Hands via Bulk Deals

Indian stock markets saw significant buying and selling activity across multiple sectors after large bulk and block deals were reported. The transactions involved institutional investors, mutual funds, investment firms and promoters, with shares changing hands in several companies.
The deals were reported across the healthcare, fintech, auto components, pharmaceuticals, real estate and railway engineering sectors. The sizeable transactions have brought these stocks into focus as investors track institutional activity and changes in ownership following the deals.
Here are the stocks in which shares changed hands
Molbio Diagnostics Ltd
Molbio Diagnostics is a healthcare technology company focused on point-of-care diagnostics. The company develops portable, rapid, and cost-effective diagnostic solutions for infectious and non-communicable diseases. Its flagship Truenat platform uses real-time PCR technology to enable testing closer to patients, including in locations with limited healthcare infrastructure.
With a market capitalization of Rs 15,045 crore, the company’s shares are currently trading at Rs 1,306 per share. HRTI Private Limited bought 1.36 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 1,520.67 per share, taking the total transaction value to around Rs 20.68 crore.
QE Securities LLP bought 22,280 shares at an average price of Rs 1,542.36 per share, with the deal valued at approximately Rs 3.44 crore. Junomoneta Finsol Private Limited also bought 4,843 shares at Rs 1,565.79 per share, taking the transaction value to around Rs 0.8 crore. Together, the three transactions were worth approximately Rs 24.88 crore.
Pine Labs Ltd
Pine Labs is a fintech and technology company focused on digital commerce and financial services. The company provides digital payment and issuing solutions for merchants, consumer brands, enterprises, and financial institutions. Its technology platform aims to simplify and secure commerce through cloud-based solutions, supporting businesses across payments and related financial services.
With a market capitalization of Rs 22,593 crore, the company’s shares are currently trading at Rs 196 per share. HRTI Private Limited bought 12.01 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 191.41 per share, taking the total transaction value to around Rs 22.98 crore. Junomoneta Finsol Private Limited also bought 67,455 shares at Rs 191.96 per share, valued at approximately Rs 1.29 crore, while QE Securities LLP sold 2.5 lakh shares at Rs 191.29 per share, with the transaction valued at around Rs 4.78 crore.
Jamna Auto Industries Ltd
Jamna Auto Industries is an auto component manufacturer focused on suspension systems for commercial vehicles. Its product portfolio includes leaf springs, parabolic springs, lift axles, trailer suspension and air suspension systems. The company has manufacturing facilities across India and has expanded from springs into a broader range of suspension solutions for automotive customers.
With a market capitalization of Rs 5,306 crore, the company’s shares are currently trading at Rs 133 per share. DSP Mutual Fund bought 78.13 lakh shares at Rs 128 per share, valued at around Rs 100.01 crore. 360 One Asset Management bought 74.22 lakh shares, while 360 One Mutual Fund bought 25.73 lakh shares, worth Rs 95 crore and Rs 32.93 crore respectively.
Abu Dhabi Investment Authority bought 21.83 lakh shares at Rs 128 per share, with the transaction valued at around Rs 27.94 crore. On the selling side, Pradeep Singh Jauhar and Randeep Singh Jauhar each sold 99.95 lakh shares at the same price, with each transaction valued at approximately Rs 127.94 crore.
Granules India Ltd
Granules India is a vertically integrated pharmaceutical company involved in manufacturing active pharmaceutical ingredients, pharmaceutical formulation intermediates, and finished dosages. The company supplies products to customers across more than 80 countries and has a presence across the pharmaceutical value chain. Its portfolio includes products such as paracetamol, metformin, ibuprofen, guaifenesin and methocarbamol.
With a market capitalization of Rs  22,076 crore, the company’s shares are currently trading at Rs 891 per share. Smallcap World Fund Inc bought 34.74 lakh shares at Rs 872.50 per share, valued at around Rs 303.06 crore. BNP Paribas Financial Markets bought 13.18 lakh shares at the same price, valued at approximately Rs 114.95 crore, while Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE bought 11.74 lakh shares worth around Rs 102.39 crore.
Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Company bought 11.54 lakh shares at Rs 872.50 per share, valued at around Rs 100.64 crore, while Clarus Capital 1 bought 8.6 lakh shares worth approximately Rs 75.04 crore. Myraa Varun Raheja bought 6.88 lakh shares valued at around Rs 60 crore. Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund, SBI Life Insurance Company and Sundaram Mutual Fund each bought 5.73 lakh shares, with each transaction valued at around Rs 49.98 crore.
On the selling side, Krishna Prasad Chigurupati sold 1.33 crore shares at Rs 872.50 per share, amounting to around Rs 1,160.43 crore. Overall, the listed transactions in the company amounted to approximately Rs 2,066.72 crore based on the reported quantities and price.
Sri Lotus Developers & Realty Ltd
Sri Lotus Developers & Realty is a real estate company focused on luxury and ultra-luxury residential and commercial projects in Mumbai's western suburbs. The company and its promoter have developed several million square feet of projects and currently have multiple ongoing and upcoming developments. Its business is focused on creating premium real estate projects with community facilities.
With a market capitalization of Rs 10,556 crore, the company’s shares are currently trading at Rs 216 per share. Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore Pte bought 15 lakh shares at Rs 201.75 per share, taking the total transaction value to around Rs 30.26 crore. On the other side, Mohamed Irfan Mohamed Latif Shaikh sold 15 lakh shares at the same price, with the transaction valued at approximately Rs 30.26 crore.
MV Electrosystems Ltd
MV Electrosystems is a technology-driven engineering company focused on electrical and power electronics equipment for railway rolling stock. Its offerings include propulsion and power conversion systems, train control systems, switchgear panels, cable protection products, traction motors and transformers. The company also provides embedded systems and other railway electrical solutions supporting rail transportation and modernization.
With a market capitalization of Rs 2,214 crore, the company’s shares are currently trading at Rs 812 per share. HRTI Private Limited bought 16,302 shares at Rs 838.30 per share, taking the total transaction value to around Rs 1.37 crore. QE Securities LLP bought 2,020 shares at Rs 840 per share, while Junomoneta Finsol Private Limited bought 941 shares at Rs 841.18 per share, valued at approximately Rs 0.17 crore combined.
