Heartland Express Inc. Earns 21st Quest for Quality Award
Heartland Express, Inc. has been recognized with Logistics Management Magazine's Quest for Quality Award for the 21st time in 23 years, winning in the Expedited Motor Carriers classification. The award is based on reader voting across five criteria: On-Time Performance, Value, Information Technology, Customer Service, and Equipment & Operations. CEO Mike Gerdin attributed the recognition to the company's professional drivers, office/shop employees, and investments in modern fleet equipment.
