However, some of these stocks have corrected sharply from their 52-week highs and are now trading closer to their yearly lows. This combination of large pending orders and significant price declines has brought these companies into focus. Here are six stocks that stand out on these parameters.
RailTel Corporation of India Ltd
RailTel Corporation of India is a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise operating under the Ministry of Railways. RailTel provides telecom infrastructure such as broadband, VPN, data center, cloud, and ICT. In addition to that, RailTel implements telecom infrastructure projects for Indian Railways as well as other government organizations. With the market capitalization of Rs. 8,505 Crores, the shares of Railtel Corporation of India Ltd were trading at around Rs. 265 per share which x percent down from its 52 week high of Rs. 401 per share and is trading at a P/E of 22.9 whereas industry P/E stands at 15.6 
IRCON International Ltd
IRCON International is an organization that is owned by the Indian government and falls into the Navratna category within the Ministry of Railways. The organization is also a prominent turnkey construction organization. The activities of the organization include railway infrastructure, highways, bridges, tunnels, railway electrification, and large infrastructure development activities.The company has an order book of around Rs. 23,366  Crores as of Q1 FY27

Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (RVNL)
Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) is a Navratna CPSE in the Ministry of Railways which was set up for the purpose of development and strengthening of railway infrastructure. The organization takes up projects relating to railways, electrification, bridge works, workshops and other infrastructure work. RVNL has also ventured into the field of railway infrastructure. NBCC (India) Limited is a Navratna CPSE operating under the ambit of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. NBCC’s operations mainly consist of project management consultancy services, engineering procurement and construction and real estate development. It works on projects pertaining to institutional, residential, industrial, and infrastructure sectors such as road development, hospital projects, etc.The company has an order book of around Rs. 1,26,964 Crores  as of Q1 FY27

Cochin Shipyard Ltd
Cochin Shipyard is a Government of India undertaking and an important shipbuilding and ship repair company in India. It builds and repairs big ships for customers both from India and outside and is a shipbuilding and ship repair facility capable of handling commercial and defense vessels. Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd
Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders is a Navratna defence PSU under the Ministry of Defence, and one of India’s prominent ship building companies. Mazagon Dock specializes in constructing warships, submarines, and off shore structures, but has also been involved in the manufacturing of commercial ships. It has delivered hundreds of ships since its incorporation in 1960. The company has an order book of around Rs. 18,218 Crores  as of Q1 FY27 
With the market capitalization of Rs. 90,841 Crores, the shares of Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd were trading at around Rs. 2,252 per share which x percent down from its 52 week high of Rs. 3,061  per share and is trading at a P/E of 31.7  whereas industry P/E stands at 45.3
