Orangekloud Technology Inc. Enters into Definitive Agreement to Acquire Orbis Technology Limited, Operator of VeVe
Orangekloud Technology Inc. (Nasdaq: ORKT) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Orbis Technology Limited, operator of VeVe, the largest mobile-first digital collectibles platform. Upon closing, the company will be renamed VeVe Inc. and trade on Nasdaq under ticker 'VEVE'. The transaction includes a concurrent private placement of $30-100 million and is expected to close by December 31, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions including shareholder approval and Nasdaq listing approval.
