Lockheed Martin and RTX Corporation's Javelin Joint Venture have signed a memorandum of understanding with Tata Advanced Systems to explore co-production of Javelin missiles in India. The initiative aims to establish final assembly and integration facilities in India while maintaining component production in the U.S., strengthening supply-chain resilience and supporting India's defense modernization goals.
