I’ve worked in energy before and i don’t think hydrogen is going to be what people think it is. For home use, pipelines aren’t capable of carrying high concentrations of hydrogen safely. Best case for it, is to replace fossil fuels and EV’s for cars but i think we are many decades from that.
Nuclear, are you investing in fusion and SMR companies? I assume so

$SMR gonna bounce between 36 and 40 for a bit then climb to 55 by next earnings

Now I’m 2% green LMAO fuck me sideways

All these data centers being build out are going to be powered by natural gas. Solar can only really provide auxiliary power and SMR build out is years away will likely face a lot of regulatory headwind and NIMBY resistance.
My portfolio is mostly energy stocks and view it as an Energy Infrastructure ETF. I have Amtos Energy and Hess Midstream in their for Nat Gas exposure

So I've been seeing this regarded yieldmax ticker ULTY pop up pretty frequently. I thought it was a covered call etf for Ulta LMAO. Nuclear is what a lot of people are looking at, SMR did very well today. It was the play to buy nuclear at the start of the year, might be expensive now.

Brookfield Asset Management (BAM). BAM owns 51% of Westinghouse and Cameco (CCJ) owns the other 49%. Westinghouse has years of experience building nuclear reactors and now has portable SMRs that can power data centers, small cities, whatever you need basically. They are portable, and configurable.
While you wait for the nuclear industry to take off (probably another 3-5 years at best with all the regulations and red tape) you'd still be sitting on what some have called the "The Berkshire Hathaway of Canada." BAM was spun off from Brookfield a few years back. Both BN and BAM are solid well-diversified companies, with solid dividend payouts. It's the way to play nuclear that most people are missing. Everyone focuses on OKLO and SMR and a few others, but most overlook Westinghouse because it's private. They miss that it's a private company owned by a public company (well 2 public companies: BAM and CCJ).

I agree 100 percent! I loaded up on SMR a few weeks ago. Glad I did! Today was awesome!

10:29 AM EDT, 09/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NuScale Power (SMR) shares gained more than 11% in recent Wednesday trading after its partner ENTRA1 Energy signed an agreement to provide the Tennessee Valley Authority up to 6 gigawatts of NuScale's small modular reactor capacity.

Can't find any relevant news on SMR. Not complaining though.
