I invested first time in RDDT, covered calls 1/3 OTM, when the tariff scare hit it hard.
RDDT has a juicy option premium for a reason. It’s volatile as hell because it’s speculated and shorted as hell.
This equity and its options are for experienced traders only.
I’d follow the same tactic if I had so many options short in both sides. I usually don’t 😆

RDDT is one of those investments I should've just taken lol. I was offered shares by Reddit when they were sending the messages to frequent users and thought to myself "nah."
Turns out they're better at monetizing and squeezing in ads (and otherwise making money) than I thought. Heck, in the long term still possibly a play. I won't say Reddit is bigger than X (and future growth might be priced in), but I deleted my X account - I'm on Reddit for hours every day.
Thoughts on opening a position now? Doesn't seem unreasonable to me. Especially if that class action lawsuit tanks the price at all.

RDDT dipped pretty hard last 2 earnings IIRC and I suspect Google is absolutely eating its lunch right now with its new AI overviews. While Trump news is increasing clicks for everyone and I fully believe Reddit will absolutely join the S&P500 eventually, I’ll look to rejoin closer to $120.

Yes, premiums are high coz of ER. RDDT has beat expectations in the last 2 earnings, they might this time around as well.
I might exit sooner as well if the underlying moves up early next week
