There are a handful of people in this community that could get just about the amount of activity in after hours that we got today.
With 100% certainty, this is the Market Maker and a few of their Hedge Fund Cronies....and maybe toss in a few of the Brokers who are in REALLY, REALLY, REALLY deep shit here.
Let's sort of recap this briefly.
Wolfspeed was just added to the Threshold list....AGAIN!
FTD's are off the charts. And here is why....the Hedge Funds are deep into it here. They are naked short selling, and the Brokers and the Market Makers are allowing it to happen. Again, all three of them are in it together.
Remember the rule, if someone shorts a stock and cannot deliver it withing T+1, on T+2, the BROKER is the one on the hook required to deliver those shares.
On day T+2, the Brokers are required BY LAW to go and find those shares. The rule is that the Broker is required to either borrow or buy those shares to deliver. At this point, it is the BROKER who is ultimately on the hook. If the Hedge Fund shorting does not deliver, the Broker MUST deliver, because if the Broker does not deliver, the Market Maker is required to cut off that Broker until everything has been delivered AND settled. If you are a Hedge Fund and/or a Broker, being entirely cut off from the Market for 2 - 3 days is a death sentence here. And I did the math a few days ago in another post. If FTD's are 2 million shares and the Customer does not come up with the shares. The Broker must. If the Broker gets caught up in a squeeze while holding the bag for 2 million shares (and it could be much higher already), the Broker could get caught hanging out there for a BILLION dollars alone if things go wrong. There is NO one getting out of this thing if it starts in the wrong direction....except us. We own all of the shares. At his point, they have begged us for our shares and we have refused. They keep "coming up" with more shares. Anyone wonder where those shares keep coming from? And I'll give you a hint: Naked Short Selling.
Tomorrow we should get to see Short Interest and I cannot even conceive of how short interest could have possibly gone down. We might get a glimpse tomorrow of how much worse this might have gotten for our Hedge Funds.
I'm going to throw out one more little thing here. I have worked my way through the most recent survey.
I have looked at it from every conceivable angle. I have had a couple of other people look at it. And I will say this...our survey is REALLY solid. I will also say that I believe we own at least 100% of the shares that I originally estimated, AND I believe that we may potentially even own a LOT more shares than what my last estimates are.
I'm trying to get a couple more people to look at this survey. And I can promise you that if you think that you can alter a survey just by making a couple of errant votes, there is no way you can even enter into a conversation regarding the veracity of a statistical analysis. The different tools out there to test for the strength of a survey are so sophisticated, and the mathematical models are so complex, there are probably only a handful of people out of the 7,700 here in this community who could even begin to have an intelligent conversation about it.
And looking at what I see in our sample, I stand by my analysis that our Bad Guys, the Brokers AND the Market Makers are in REALLY, REALLY, REALLY deep shit....regardless of what a couple of million shares did to the stock price in after hours.
This IS death throes people!!!

Yes, it's a criminal offence in terms of stealing someone's money, not by LAW.
